Development Access - Approve it - Safely
Technical Development Course
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then this course will help you and your staff develop access plans for safe and efficient access, and make logical decisions about access, parking and off site road improvements that will minimize the development's traffic impact on your road system, yet allow desirable developments to proceed. In the photograph above the development on the right has a sidewalk, consolidated access, landscaping and an auxiliary lane. The older developments on the left have multiple individual driveways, no sidewalk, no landscaping and no auxiliary lane. Find out how to achieve the better solution for your Municipality.
